Zaza's 4th Birthday Project

Our second daughter, Zaza Evangeline, will be spending her 4th birthday in Heaven!! Although Zaza was on this earth for only 11 days, her story has impacted many and we invite YOU to join us in celebrating ZAZA'S BIRTHDAY!

Each year our family will choose one ministry partner to support in memory of our precious baby and ask family, friends and colleagues to give a "gift" in memory of Zaza's birthday and impact God's Kingdom.

This year we are partnering with our friend, Uttam, to build a church in West Nepal!

Uttam was Doc Joshua’s camera man when he travelled to Nepal in 2019. Much of the video shot to make the Zaza’s Wells Documentary  was recorded by Uttam using Doc’s camera equipment. Uttam is a young native missionary in Nepal who travels to remote mountain villages to share the Gospel (often times to people who have never heard the Gospel before). At a young age he has given his life to this great work!

Since traveling to Nepal in 2019 to see the Zaza Wells that were established through the very first Zaza’s Birthday project, Doc Joshua has kept in contact regularly with Uttam mentoring and encouraging him in his ministry to the far reaches of Nepal. In a recent conversation, Uttam mentioned that he had just been far up in the mountains to a village where there were a group of Christian Believers who had a Pastor but no church building to meet inside. His desire was to help them build a church. It is our desire to help Uttam build this church high up in the mountains of West Nepal. Whatever money is donated will be a great surprise to him as he has no idea we are doing this! We invite you now to help us build a church building for a remote village high up in the mountains of West Nepal!

The cost of the building is actually ALOT CHEAPER than what you might think!

It only costs $2500 for the WHOLE BUILDING!!!

Other church building projects in Nepal are usually much more expensive. However, in addition to the land already being donated… and due to the remote location of this village, labor wages are less and the church walls will be built with rock which is sourced locally instead of bricks.
