Zach Johnsen's Funeral Costs

I can't even believe I am typing this right now... My heart is absolutely broken at the loss of Zach and the pain Chloe and all his friends and family have to go through right now. It's not fair...25 years old and his life was cut too short.

Just a few weeks ago he was diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma. He began treatment at Silver Cross hospital and than was transferred to the University of Chicago Hospital where he was on dialysis and chemo. Chloe and his family never left his side through it all. On December 12th we received the devastating news that Zach went into septic shock and lost his battle.

Chloe and Zach had a home together in the south west suburbs of Chicago. They also have a beautiful little cat named Faye.

We are all in shock and absolutely heartbroken. Im asking if you can please donate anything to help with the funeral costs, rent and bills to help support Chloe and his family during this extremely tough time. Losing your love at such an incredibly young age is a pain that no one should ever have to go through. And no one should ever have to bury their son. The pain is debilitating.

Rest in peace Zach, you will never be forgotten. Watch over all of us, and continue to send your love to Chloe and Faye.
