But on Friday, Gaby and Mitch received the news no family should ever have to hear. The treatments aren’t working.

The cancer is now terminal. Doctors have given her a heartbreaking prognosis — six months to two years.

In that single moment, the fight for a cure became a fight for time — time to love, time to live, time to make memories that will last forever.
