The Project: “You, Me, Eternity” Musical Concept Album

"You, Me, Eternity" explores the journey of two entities: a future human and an AI system. Through their interactions, we aim to provoke thought on topics like the existence of extraterrestrial life, the capabilities of AI, the ethics of human behaviour, and the nature of love. The show promises to be an emotional rollercoaster, filled with surprises and moments of reflection. You can catch a glimpse of the project in the concept video above, featuring the overture of the show where a dancer embodies both characters simultaneously, setting the tone for the entire performance.

The Production Team

I'm Kino Lee, a London-based Taiwanese composer with a passion for creating immersive and thought-provoking musical experiences. I graduated from Berklee College of Music and have an extensive background in composing, directing experimental films, and creating captivating manga. This project is a collaboration between myself and my writer Ian Rice, an alumni from Wesleyan University.

After nearly two years of work we are embarking on the next phase of this exciting journey - the creation of a concept album. This album will consist of 23 tracks or more, some lyrical, some instrumental. The musical themes have been meticulously crafted, and some songs are already near completion. However, to bring our vision to life, we need your support.

Funding Breakdown

We are seeking £4000, the very minimum to cover the expenses of hiring a co-writer for lyrics, talented singers, recording studios and audio engineers to finalise the album as well as artist for album cover. The funding is directly linked to the quality of the album, anything that goes beyond the minimum will be used to hire more professionals. Your contribution will not only make this musical concept album a reality but also bring us one step closer to our ultimate dream of bringing "You, Me, Eternity" to the stage.
