Lets help Yana and Mils in their tough times together

Yana and her husband left their homeland because of the ongoing war and relocated to Canada. Adapting to a new life is difficult, and it has been made even more so by trauma Yana experienced due to the bombings and occupation.

Yana is a dog lover and has recently completed all the steps to have her furry friend Mils recognized as an emotional support dog. This has had a positive impact on Yana and has helped her better regulate her emotions. However, a few days after Mils received his support dog certification, his health took a turn for the worse. He has been ill for a long time, but he is now struggling significantly with his breathing and is unable to be as active as before. Veterinary medicine in Quebec can be extremely costly, so Yana is now faced with large medical bills, in addition to the terrible news about Mils’ health.

Yana et son mari ont quitté leur pays à cause de la guerre et se sont installés au Canada. L'adaptation à une nouvelle vie est difficile, et elle l'est d'autant plus que Yana a été traumatisée par les bombardements et l'occupation.

Yana aime les chiens et a récemment franchi toutes les étapes pour que son ami à fourrure Mils soit reconnu comme chien de soutien émotionnel. Cela a eu un impact positif sur Yana et l'a aidée à mieux réguler ses émotions. Cependant, quelques jours après que Mils a reçu sa certification de chien de soutien, sa santé s'est dégradée. Malade depuis certain temps, il a maintenant beaucoup de mal à respirer et ne peut plus être aussi actif qu'avant. Au Québec, la médecine vétérinaire peut être extrêmement coûteuse. Yana doit donc faire face à d'importantes factures médicales, en plus des terribles nouvelles concernant la santé de Mils.
