The Yale Women's Basketball Team is hosting a fundraiser to raise money for the Citywide Youth Coalition in New Haven. The Citywide Youth Coalition's mission is to build a courageous community in which all youth can succeed. It is a network of over 500 youth-serving staff, community stakeholders and individuals in the New Haven urban region.
The Citywide Youth Coalition staff and Youth Advisory Board members also host political education workshops to recruit, educate, and mobilize young people so that they may organize local protests and campaigns.
