Help me get therapy to get my life back

Hi, I feel ashamed to do this, but I have to swallow my pride and ask for help. I've been diagnosed with a bunch of mental disorders and illnesses (addiction included...) I'm f***ed up. I need to learn how to live with my mental issues and get plenty control of my life again.

I can't wait to get treated. It's getting worse so I decided to get private help before I turn into a junkie or k**l myself. Public rehab is 5 to 6 weeks of waiting and it’s at least 6 months to get a psychotherapist. I have a place in mid-April for a specialized center for my kinds of problems. It will cost 25 620$ CAD : 4 weeks of intense intern therapy, 8 weeks of extern therapy at home and 10 months of weekly follow-up and group therapy. I'm hopeful that I’m gonna get back on track.
