My name is Xiomara. I'm a Colombian adoptee who returned last year to live here. I am an artist, community organizer, singer and massage therapist. I live in Cali, Colombia in the Alameda neighborhood. Colombia just had a 7.7 Earthquake today and my apartment building is destroyed. I am raising funds to help with two things:

1. My recovery and support as my little dog and I navigate this disaster and recovering what we can.

2. Mutual aid support to purchase water, face masks and protective goggles for our rescue workers who are working diligently to pull people out of buildings. Funds will also be used with discretion to purchase items like arepas and empanadas to bring to workers and people who have lost everything also.

As of now the death toll is 111 and over 26 buildings solely in Cali have fallen. Many, many injuries including hospitals that had large pieces just fall. Thank you for keeping Colombia in your hearts.
