X’ene Sky EP Fundraiser
Donation protected
Hi all! I'm excited to announce that I am working on my debut EP, and will begin recording this August. In order to do this in a way that maintains the artistic integrity and quality of my vision, I will need extra funding.
To those who have been supporting me, I can't wait to share what I have been ruminating on. I appreciate the encouraging comments, messages, you sharing my work and your general interest in my art. I am now asking for material support in the form of donations so I can continue to create my art on the scale it deserves.
This funding will be used to pay for studio time, musicians/producers and all other production costs.
If you are new to my work, I look forward to sharing with you my art and journey. You can learn more about my work here: https://www.musiccenter.org/tmc-offstage/for-the-love-of-la/xene-sky/
as well as stream my last bandcamp release: https://xenesky.bandcamp.com/track/wild-is-the-wind
All support matters and I am deeply thankful for any contribution! One of the many ways we dismantle the state and institutions that demand our labor and capitalize on the innovations of black queer artists, is to directly fund those artists! As a black queer musician I believe I deserve this funding and I deserve to be heard, valued and supported as I live and breathe.
Donation Perks:
$50+ receive free physical and downloadable copy of the EP before the release date
$100 + receive a free signed physical and downloadable copy of the EP before the release date and an invitation to exclusive release party
$500+ receive all aforementioned gifts plus 2 private music lessons of your choice (theory, piano, comp)
I look forward to your support !
Xoxo,
