Willie Hicks Family

On March 7, 2015 the Hicks family lost a dear son, a brother, nephew and cousin.  And many in the Boone community lost a dear friend. 
 A unique and happy soul, Willie was many things to many people... A teammate, a helper and hard worker, a dance partner, a hunting and fishing buddy, a generous grill master ( as can be seen above) and a great friend.
 Willie lived his life in a very special and unique way. Connecting people from different realities, time periods and ways of living. And he did so with grace, humor, humility and appreciation. 
 This fundraiser is simply a recognition of Willie's own generosity,  and the abundance he and his family have offered their friends, family and community over the years.   All funds will go to the family to help with expenses and moving forward.  Contributions can be made thru this website, or to the Hicks family directly.
