William Andrew and Lexi

My little Nephew William was brought into this world on September 26th 2021. Mom and Dad got some snuggle time in the following day.

During William's 24 hour check up his oxygen levels were dangerously low. He was transported to Sacred Heart Children's Hospital via helicopter. They Doctor's were able to stabilize him at that time and run additional test. They believe a duct from his heart to his lungs is much smaller than it should be which prevents him from getting enough oxygen into his bloodstream. William was then transported to Shand's Children's Hospital in Gainesville via plane. Neither Mom or Dad were able to fly with William to Gainesville. Mom and Dad and Grandma's made the five hour drive to be with the little man.

At this time William is in stable condition and is being monitored. The Doctors will be running additional test over the next few days to determine the best procedure necessary to help.

Mom and Dad are doing well at this time just under a lot of stress. Due to restrictions only four people are allowed to see William at the Hospital. Only two can go up at a time. Currently Andrew and Lexi and both Grandma's are renting an Air BnB and on the waitlist to get into the Ronald McDonald House.

It's been a stressful few days for the new little family and they have received an outpouring of love and people wanting to help. I though this would be the best way to show the new little family we are here for them. They are going to have a lot of expenses building up from the Air BnB to eating out and being away from home.
