Help Get Will to his Dad's Funeral

On September 8th, my son Will lost his father and even though we aren't married anymore, I lost one of my best friends. His dad was a good man who loved his son more than anything and was there for him as much as he possibly could be. As for Will, he loved his dad more than words can say. My baby is hurting so much right now.
As you can imagine, this is a difficult time for our family and it will be for awhile. But right now we're struggling with the financial realities of trying to get 3 people from Washington to Arizona for the funeral. Plane fare will be close to 1000 dollars. The cheapest hotel rooms in town are currently 250 dollars a night and we'll need to be there at least three days. The rental car is going to run another several hundred dollars...not to mention the gas it will take to travel the 600 miles round trip from the airport to the remote town in which the funeral will be held. That's a lot more than we can afford right now...especially with my ongoing serious medical issues.
If you know us or Robert or his family and would be willing to make a small donation in lieu of flowers towards helping me get my son to his father's funeral, it would mean the world to us.
