The "Wet-Series" is a black and white collection of images that explore kinesthetic empathy and the spiritual feminine. The collection looks at how body shapes, focal choices, environmental differences, as well as each individuals use of "washing" themselves can emit an evocative response to the viewer. I'm using Gofundme so that I can keep my headshots and other photography work at an affordable price, yet still being able to share this series that I've been cultivating for months now. I am hoping to get 10 smaller, as well as 5 medium-large-sized images printed and framed. I'm also looking to print two other images onto alluminum.
To print and frame the smaller works, it would cost about $250-350 a piece and for the larger it would be approximately $500. The two prints onto alluminum would also cost around $500/print. The minimum it would cost for what I hope to be printed of the series is about $5,000-6,000, but I hope to at least raise half so I'm able to keep my prices down for my clients and possibly sponsor some of my future photography endeavors. My main goal is to have these images printed for an Informal showing at a studio space in Chelsea, which will hopefully gateway towards it being presented in a larger gallery setting. I want to say more about the work, but I feel like I should let it speak for itself. I hope you enjoy it.
