On the morning of Friday the 3rd of April a fire broke out in the Wendland household. Brian and Kathleen awoke to a room full of smoke. Fortunately they were able to get themselves and Daniele out of the house safely (along with her wedding dress.) However, the house, along with many of their possessions was a total loss. There is a small house across the lane that they are going to move into. However it needs some repairs before it will be liveable. We are trying to raise money to do the necessary repairs on that house and to help replace necessary appliances, clothing, and all of Daniele's wedding decorations which were destroyed in the fire.
Any amount, no matter how small, will be a great help. We are so thankful to God that no one was hurt and grateful for all of our friends and family that have surrounded us with support and love during this difficult time.
