Support for a loving family in the hardest of times

New Year's Eve was a bit different this year. There was no party.... instead my dear friend was admitted to the hospital and his family is now by his side.
In this photo from a previous year, you can see two of my favorite people in the world – Rob and Michelle Weatherbee – as they light up the room. Anyone who knows Rob would recognize this particular smile in a heartbeat. It is the look that he makes just after telling a mischievous joke. And you can see from the glow on Michelle’s face that she is just adoring her time with him as they celebrate with friends including me.
Unfortunately, this year on New Year’s Eve, Rob was admitted to the hospital after spending the past two years bravely fighting cancer. Now in the very latest stages, the cancer has all but won as it continues to spread and wreak havoc on his body.
Rob, a loving and dedicated family man is bravely fighting each day. I was blessed to see him just about a week ago and he was still doing his best to light up the room. However, his illness has placed an immense emotional and financial strain on the family. Michelle is working tirelessly to keep their home in order while also maintaining her job to provide for their two young daughters. Morgan, their eldest daughter is in college, striving to build a bright future, while their youngest Vivian is navigating the challenges of high school.
My friends are deeply private but I have their blessing to create this page. That alone might tell you how much they need your help right now. Your generous contribution can make a significant difference in their lives.
Your support will help cover expenses and daily necessities allowing them to focus on what truly matters – being together and supporting each other through this difficult time.
Please consider donating and sharing their story. Every bit of help is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
