Hello family and friends. It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share this tragic loss, the heart of our family; Our beloved brother Gerardo "Lalo" Figueroa.
After having spent the evening with our mother, our sisters, and the grandkids, spreading around his love and laughter with the family, he headed home to be with his beautiful wife, Belinda. Promising to call when he made it home. Unfortunately, he was involved in a car accident along the way, where he gained his angel wings to reach heaven and be with God.
Those of us that were blessed to have had Lalo in our lives, knew the size of his heart, and the wonderfully amazing person he was. Our lives will never be the same; Although God has his reasons for calling our brother home so soon, our hearts are broken. He is incredibly loved and deeply missed.
Many of you have graciously offered your help and prayers and we humbly accept both; with love, gratitude and so much thankfulness. We find peace in knowing that our brother touched many lives and is loved by so many people.
We ask that if you can find it in your hearts to assist us in laying our beloved brother to rest, that you forward any donations through this GoFundMe account. All contributions will go towards our Angel in heaven Gerardo "Lalo" Figueroa, and to his wife Belinda Figueroa so that we may honor him in a celebration of life, as well as towards funeral services. Lalo and Belinda had recently celebrated their 2 year wedding anniversary, also marking 19 years of a beautiful, loving, companionship.
