We Love Build an Ark Rescue

Build an Ark Rescue and Hospice provides care and support for lost, hurt, abandoned or aging animals. 

Whether it is a blind donkey or a horse that has lived 20 years past prime, the Ark strives to make all animals comfortable and happy.  The Ark is an open rescue where people interact with the animals, understanding that some are in recovery from accidents, neglect or simply near the end to life. 

It is beloved by many, and is the #1 Trip Advisor activity for Ellijay, Ga.  Through your generosity, this GoFundMe has supported the Ark with more than $ 24,000 since early 2018 and helped keep the Ark open and thriving.

The Winter months are the hardest, where visitors are few and funding drops well below the needs for food, medicine and care of the animals.
