I am reaching out to you during a difficult time for our family. My step dad, a dedicated and hardworking man, is currently undergoing dialysis and urgently needs a kidney transplant. As our primary provider, his absence from work due to this medical condition has placed a significant financial strain on us.

My mom is tirelessly caring for him, while I am working full-time to contribute as much as I can. Despite our best efforts, we are unable to cover all our expenses, especially with the uncertainty of how long he will be out of work.
