Wanderly-Avenue Holiday Charity Initiative

Avenue's customer, Quality of Life Health Services (QOLHS), serves uninsured patients in rural Alabama. We work with QOLHS and patients in their community to better manage blood pressure and other health conditions via our real-time monitoring platform and nurses staffed by Wanderly. It has come to our attention that the local organization that serves many of our patients is struggling financially and we want to help support their mission through a donation. These patients are facing things like: Food insecurity, clothing needs, access to affordable health and safe childcare to name a few.

Will you partner with us this holiday season to make an impact on one of our most challenged communities in the U.S.?

We are seeking to raise funds to support and benefit the non-profit organization Community Enabler Developer, Inc., and all of the great work they are doing. A donation of any amount will help. As a part of the holiday season at both companies, this is our corporate giving event of the year, we invite you to join us!
