The "Wall Street Posse", a John Adams High School Mock Trial team, coached by Jeff Kimmell and John Scanlan, recently placed first in the Indiana State Mock Trial Championship! Team members Alice Goudling, Alicia Porile, Miranda Manier, Maddy Kimmell, Sam Brockman, Connor Hoban and Ilan Friedland worked incredibly hard to win this distinct honor.
The team now must turn its attention to fundraising in order to help finance its trip to the National Mock Trial Championship. The National Championship will be held during the second week of May in Boise, Idaho. Through independent fundraising, the team hopes to cover airfare, meals and lodging. Any funds raised in excess of actual expenses will be left to the John Adams Mock Trial fund as a legacy for future State Champions.
