Hello - 

My name is Vondell Burns, and I am a GRADUATING senior marketing major attending Howard University. The big day is May 7th.

Upon graduation, I will be conducting research in Ghana. This research will assist me to better understand the publishing industry world wide. In particular, I will be using the research to better understand the barriers that authors and publishers have in entering the industry and hopefully source opportunities and recommendations to assist the industry in thriving. I LOVE TO READ AND WRITE. CONTENT CREATION IS KEY. 

Finally figuring out how to align my passion with practical research and applying it in a study tour experience is beyond me. I am so excited to embark on this journey, and more importantly, thrilled to have sponsors and champions in my corner rooting for my success. Whether you know me personally or not, if you have a passion for reading, I plan to revolutionize the way we view content creation and this is the first step. 

In order to get to Ghana, I need to raise $3,000. This covers flight, lodging, and some meals upon arrival. If you have a prefered method of donation, I would gladly accomodate.
