Fundraiser for Vivian Sampson (ED EVS)
Vivian has been at Kaiser Zion EVS since August of 1990! 31 years!!! She makes us smile everyday she is here and makes work enjoyable.
On 3/20/21, Terry, Vivian's husband of 43 years passed away after fighting cancer. Terry and Vivian have a daughter and 4 grandchildren.
Terry is a veteran and is retired from The Navy. In 1978, he met Vivian when stationed in Philippines. They met, fell in love and then he was relocated to the US. Before leaving Vivian, he said "I'll come back for you, I promise." A man of his word, one year year later, he flew Vivian to San Diego and they got married.
Because she's part of the Kaiser Zion ED Family, a fundraiser is the least we can do for her dedication to our ED. Her husband's funeral is April 13th.
