Victoria's Hip Surgery

As many of you may know, our names are Charles and Patricia Magro. We are members of St.Marks Church in Huntersville, NC and we live in Denver, NC. Pat and I would like to share some information about a dear friend of ours and our faith community. Victoria is a teacher at Christ the King, a member of St. Marks Catholic Church in Huntersville, NC, and a mother of three. We are asking our friends and family to please read her brief story, and prayerfully consider helping her and her family in their time of need.
I was asked to write a little about my situation and why I would be so grateful for any help in defraying the out of pocket expenses for my insurance.
My total out of pocket expense for the year is 5825.00
My name is Victoria Estevan. I am a member of St. Mark's Parish. I have three teenagers: Maria-18, Rebecca-almost 17 and David is 15. You may have seen me limping in for the past few years. My right hip needs to be replaced. Recently, I have had to start using a cane to get around. The hip is deteriorating by the day. I remember, when I had my knee and left hip replaced 8 years ago, the surgeon gave me five years before I would need the other hip done. God and I lasted three more years. It is time and God provided the insurance called Aetna through the Market Exchange.
I teach Spanish at Christ the King High School and have taken a few weeks sick pay in order to recuperate and get back to my students.
I would be grateful for any help financially. I have already been blessed with parishioners offering to bring meals and with three teenagers, that is worth its weight in gold!!
May you be blessed with a blessed Holy Week and a Glorious Easter Season!
Blessings and gratitude,
Victoria Estevan
We fully understand that for some, this may not be possible and you may be unable to contribute at this time. Please feel free to leave them a note of support during her recovery and keep them all in your prayers. In addition, please consider sharing her story with people that may be in a better place to help them.
We would like to thank everyone in advance for any support you can provide; any amount will help us reach our goal.
You will be in our thoughts and prayers! May you all have a blessed Easter.
And as always, May God Bless your socks off!
Love and Blessings,
Charlie and Pat Magro
