I've set up this go fund me account on Victor's behalf, to assist with medical bills and recovery.

I received a phone call from my father informing me that my brother Bubby was shot in the face and that he was in surgery.

The surgery went well, but he has a long road ahead of him. He can expect 20-30 more surgeries to reconstruct his face.
