Transmission help for veteran

Hi my name is Gil I am a disabled vet and in a wheelchair trying to get my wheelchair van transmission fixed. It’s my only way to get out and do the things .getting to appointments grocery shopping the van has no driver seat so I can drive from my wheelchair. I enjoy going to my sons sports games. and being involved in my sons school, My wife has battle breast cancer for the last two years in which she was out of work. We are just unable to fix without help. I don’t like to ask for help but any little bit can help. Thank you
