In memoriam of Alfonso, beloved dad & grandpa #CRISCANCER

This past summer we lost an extremely important person to this horrible disease that is Cancer. My wife's father - who was pretty much like a second father to me, and hands-down the best granpa our children could ever have - fought valiantly and recovered from two previous and unrelated types of cancer. Recently he was diagnosed with yet another one and this time, despite all his courage, he wasn't able to defeat cancer a third time.

So this time we will raise funds for Cris Cancer as always, but it'll be in the memory of Alfonso, our beloved father/grandpa.

His story really highlights the massive difference research and access to better treatment make - depending on each type of cancer, it is the difference betwen life and death.

Your donations will help Cris Cancer to bridge that gap faster. They are working on personalised treatments, less invasive for the patient, vaccines that can eradicate certain types of cancer, and further research on many other areas.
