& College Alumni,
Texas Alumni Flood Relief: Help Our Fellow Alumni In Their Time Of Need
The VFMA&C Mission Statement says our schooling was intended to "... foster the love of God and country, high moral standards and strong character traits that will make all cadets a credit to themselves, their families, their alma mater, their country, and their God."
Many of our fellow members and their families are deeply impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Now is the time to stand together, show your support, and donate whatever you can to help those of our rank. There are some of our strong band of brothers & sisters who have lost their homes, their belongs, & even their livelihoods.
So instead of raising money to be donated to a charity organization, we Alumni would like to help more directly. Your donations will not go through any intermediaries, but instead right to the Alumni / Cadet families who actually need help. Therefore, 92% of monies (go fund me fees) collected will go toward giving relief to Alumni, families of Cadets or current employees - those who need it most.
