What does the Utah Co-Op provide increased access to healthy foods, empowering previously disengaging youth and building up our communitys workforce. The surrounding community benefits from increase in workforce contributing to growing, preparing and providing healthy local organic foods. The CoOp Market and Farm is currently run by a group of volunteers. allow ing to grow and sell more food at lower costs increasing 75% is donated to people in need in our community people that cannot afford to eat healthy fruits, vegetables, and other goods.
Youth with disabilities who may normally stay at home or attend costly programming are able to engage in service learning with peers. Skills learned also allow youth to continue on and find employment within their local community. The community benefits greatly with the implementation of this stewardship program.

With the resent theft and destruction of our Hydroponics system and rampange of our farm stealing anything they didn't break or destroy after breaking in to the program shed on Sunday June 26th 2016
While they tried to steal our trucks they where only minimaly damaged.
We must rebuld and start anew so many depend on us.
