URGENT SURVIVAL FUNDS FOR BLACK WOMAN AND FAMILY

Update: yes this is the same fundraiser as before, but I ended up moving home to take care of my grandma and mom and things have changed. I have revamped this fundraiser for the current crisis my family is going through.

I’m Shauntia, I work in healthcare as a hospitality aide and I don’t make nearly enough to survive. I’ve had this job for a year and was doing okay when I was able to split the bills with my grandmother and mom. My grandmother had severe health issues and my mom and I stayed with her full time to make sure she wasn’t alone. My mom took care of her til her last breath. Now we can’t survive on my income, my mom, and sister. I feel like I’m drowning and we really, seriously need help. I really need help with our rent and utilities, but mostly the rent. We have just secured stable housing recently. I am also an author but my book sales have not been enough to keep me afloat. I wrote the poetry book MUD that is available on amazon and it would mean a lot to me if even if you couldn’t donate much, if you could share my book to boost my sales. It all goes to my housing. I’m really deep in housing debt and I don’t know what else to do that I’m not already trying to do. Every dollar will help and go to our housing!!
