I need to move ASAP. It isn't safe here.

I live in Indiana with my dad and his girlfriend. Dad's girlfriend is verbally and mentally abusive, with a bit of physical mixed in there every once in a while. Not only that, they are both Trump supporters, and I'm a very liberal trans woman. They don't know that, and they won't know until I'm long gone.

The goal is Illinois where a friend has a house with room for me. The hard part is getting there. I have a job I can start when I get there, which is more than I can say for here.
