My name is nicole and i am continuing this fund raising on behalf of my mother.

Like mentioned before, we came to this country legally and our asylum has been completely done how its supposed to be.

my mom have no criminal records and nothing that can hurt our case.

she was detained by border patrol 2 months ago and got transferred to an ice detention in miami, a couple days after she was transferred to Louisiana. After fighting back and forward we were able to grant her a bond but ice has filed an E26 NOA (notice of appealed) and it has made everything more complicated.

i am continuing this fund raising because i cannot afford everything by myself anymore.

this will be used for new attorney needed to fight her case, all her bills, and every expense out of my control.

unfortunately we have been put in a horrible situation and i feel for every family going through the same.

My mom has been put through the worst in these detention centers,
