My father Udo is 71 years old and has COPD, that is a respiratory disease associated with emphysema. He is in desperate need of a new roof. There are multiple leaks and the sheathing (plywood) is rotten. I can do the work but I need help getting the materials. and it will be about 10-15k all together.
