2019 MuayThai World Championships
This is your chance to invest in a documentary film about the growth of USA MuayThai as 2019 USMF Team competes against the best in the world in the mecca of MuayThai: Bangkok, Thailand.
I have been photographing MuayThai over the last 10 years and I have seen the sport grow tremendously. I have been fortunate to travel around the world with various fighters as well as with the United States MuayThai Federation (USMF). Seeing competition from around the world is amazing and I'm blessed to have that experience and I want to share this experience with the athletes, coaches, and fans that truly love this sport.
The IFMA World Championships is an experience that can only be appreciated if seen live. To be able to witness MuayThai grow on a global level is such an amazing experience. The fast pace tournament, the high caliber athletes, and action packed match ups needs to be shared with the community.
About USMF & IFMA
The USMF (United States Muaythai Federation) is the sole IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Amateurs) representation of the USA.
With provisional International Olympic recognition, the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur, or IFMA, is the sole recognized sport governing body of amateur Muaythai consisting of 130 member countries worldwide with 5 continental federations. IFMA is officially recognized by SportAccord, the Olympic Council of Asia, WADA IWGA, and TAFISA.
The IFMA MuayThai World Championships is the international MuayThai competition attracting the top elite athletes from all over the world.
This year, elite athletes from all over the world will be flying into Thailand, including 10 new federation showing continued growth of IFMA Muaythai.
The Purpose
The purpose is to independently fund a documentary to provide viewers a way to experience the IFMA World Championships through the eyes of our American athletes. 
Our aim to create this documentary is to help educate:
- The culture, traditions, and intensity
- The display the style of fighting at the Olympic level, scoring, & judging.
- The hardships that USA Team experiences compared to other government funded countries
- Show the level of athletes from around the world
- Show how other federations have started and grown through the support from their government in contrast that to American athletes’ opportunities
- We will look at the sacrifices and grueling challenges this tournament puts on the fighters and coach. Mentally, physically and spiritually.
The final delivery of the documentary: Produced by USMF Chief Brand Officer, Jeff Dojillo, this documentary will be submitted to film festivals and online short release to help promote the USA MuayThai in 2020 toward the International World Games in Alabama 2021. Expected Viewership over 100k.
