USA Men's Double Scull

In 2016, Ben Davison, John Graves, Ben Dann, and Peter Graves won the US Olympic Trials but came up 0.7 sec short of going to the Rio Olympics in the Men's Quad.

A year later,  Ben Davison and John are back together in the Men's Double guided by Peter Graves and Larry Gluckman, preparing for World Championships in Sarasota, FL and aiming for Tokyo. The USA has more Olympic Medals than any other country in the Men's Double Sculls, but has not won a medal since 1984.  Our goal is to get the USA back on the podium and begin adding to the medal count again.

We have spent the past two weeks training in Craftsbury, VT and are preparing to head south to Florida. Over the next three weeks we will be acclimitizing and building our top end speed for the beginning of racing in the last week of September. The Men's Double is an Olympic event but is not supported by USRowing.  Specifically, we are looking to raise money to offset the costs of our travel and equipment costs. Any money donated would go directly to helping the guys.

A big thank you to John Chatzky, Swing Ventures LLC, Craftsbury Green Racing Project, and Craftsbury Outdoor Center for their massive support thus far.

Thank you for supporting and believing in the USA M2x!

Sincerely,

John, Ben, Peter, and Larry
