Help me get medical care for Ulcerative Colitis

I’m Vanessa. In 2016, I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Ulcerative Colitis. UC is an inflammatory bowel disease that causes ulcers in the colon and rectum that become inflamed and can cause severe pain in the abdomen, blood in the stool, the urgent need to use the bathroom many more times per day than normal, skin, eye, and joint inflammation and pain and increases my chance of getting colon cancer by 50+%. for years I tried medications that were prescribed to no avail. Those meds made my symptoms worse leading to severe migraines, anxiety and depression. I have managed my illness with diet and exercise and managing my stress as best as possible. But, the last one is the most challenging as a mother and entrepreneur. Recently my business had taken a downturn and I decided to transition to a new business model, meaning my income had decreased by more than 50%. One of my previous relationships was financially abusive and I was already in debt which has only increased impacting my stress and my illness. Now I am in the process of restructuring my business and moving to Mexico to be with my soulmate. But that has also led to increased stress of being away from my children and going full no contact with their father.

I have no health insurance and cannot afford the medical care I need. I need to see a GI, have a colonoscopy (I’m currently 1 year overdue) and be put onto medicine to regulate the disease.

I need help. I would not ask if it wasn’t urgent. Please, any amount will help me to move forward.
