
UBUNTU CONCERT - COVID19 Relief for Rwanda

As you know, with over 50% of its population being under the age of 20 years old, and a median age of 22.7 years old (as of this year), Rwanda is one of the youngest nations on earth. For many of us in diaspora, Rwandan’s resiliency has been a light of hope, and as we continue to pray for an end to COVID19 pandemic, Rwandan Youths Aboard would like to join hands with our brothers and sisters in Rwanda through the recovery.
RCHC & United for Humanity , in collaboration with Ubumuntu Festival and Canadian Association of Rwandan Youth(CARY) Toronto, are hosting an Online Concert with performances by Rwandan and International Artists, to raise funds for COVID19 Relief in Rwanda.
Theme of the Event: UBUNTU
Music, Poems, Inspirational Speeches, and forms of art Performances.

The Rwandan Canadian Healing Centre ’s Vision is to serve as a multidimensional PTSD Research Centre for Education and Advocacy. It's objectives is to provide learning, healing, and rebuilding programs.
United for Humanity , is a glass-root group that promotes inclusiveness and equity through arts to help advance HUMANITY forward.
Ubumuntu Arts Festival is the brainchild of Hope Azeda; a major figure in contemporary Rwandan theatre, and the founder and Artistic Director of Mashirika Performing Arts and Media Company – a leading theatre company in Rwanda.
CARY 's vision and mandate is to empower and strengthen the Rwandan diaspora youth communities in Canada by promoting solidarity, mutual assistance and cultural diversity.
