Hi, I am Tyriek.  I live in Crown Heights Brooklyn and I am passionate about dance.  Dance makes me feel happy and free.  When I dance I forget about anything in my life that is frustrating and I put my all into it.  The neighborhood that I come from offers very few opportunities for me to pursue dance and to be outside in nature.    Usdan seems like everything I've dreamed of! 

I am a hard worker, a student ambassador at my school and dedicated and loving family and community member.   I need your help because I deserve to go to this incredible camp to follow my dreams. 

I received a partial scholarship, but this camp is SO EXPENSIVE.  Please help me raise $4,400 so I can attend Usdan this summer.  I know it will change my life.  Usdan will give me a chance to practice dance with professionals in an amazing outdoor studio, and I'll also meet many new types of people.   My summer experience will prepare me to audition for a dance high school like LaGuardia.  I would also get to swim everyday!
