HELP ! Typhoon Karding Victims of Pollilo Island ,

Update :

We continue to appeal to your heart , as there is still a lot of financial need in the entire island just to have the basic needs : food , shelter , clean water, clothing, medicine and toiletries

The community still do not have electricity , the roads are impassable so everybody almost have to walk to go anywhere ; including children walk to school.

Their means of livelihood which comes from crops and from the surrounding water are non existent. Either the field have been overgrown with weeds and will require more labor to replant, trees bearing fruit are mostly destroyed, and fishermen lost their boats. It will take a lot of help for them to get back on their feet.

Typhoon Karding category 4, hit Pollilo Island , Quezon province of the Philippines. 8000 families are without homes and they are in desperate need of basic supply such as food, clean water, clothing , toiletries and shelter . The means of transport of supplies is by water making it logistically harder , longer and more expensive to bring in supplies to the “Isla” The need is dire.
