My 9 year old nephew and Godson spent New Year Eve in the Pediatric ICU. He has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The doctors spend a long night regulating his fluids and insulin,  Tyler is now stable but will now require a lifetime of care. 

Because Tyler spent the last day of 2020 and the first day of 2021 in ICU, my brother’s family now carries the financial burden of 2 years insurance deductibles and medical supplies...accrued in just 2 days.
