4-25 Tuxs Story

2021-22 Abondoned by pot farmers in Lancaster with 6 orher dogs, including his brother Sonny.

2022

Fed and built a dog house at a solar farm by Jo Seppi.

Appropriately named Solar Dog 1 and Solar Dog 2. They would run at solar farm with Jo every work day as he worked...feeding them, and saying goodbye nightly when he went home to more dogs, kids and his wife. Solar 1 and 2 were not able to blend with already made family For many reasons unnecessary to name.

One cold, wet night in January 2023 Solar 1 and 2 were not gonna be left I. The cold dark night aline to await their only friend and provider.

They dug out and gave chase for their Dad. Instead, they were found on the hwy by animal control

And brought to Lanc shelter where Jo found them. Distraught he put out a Fb please for help to spring them from jail and foster.

My 2 of 10 and 12 years both transitioned in previous 2 years. My intention to be a revolving door foster mom.

These wwere2big for my car, yard, and finances; but I agreed to help, If no one else would, and if Jo agreed to enhance my fence to meet their needs, help with food, visit them, and help place them, of course. Normal foster arrangement.

No one came.

I stepped up.

500. Later my fence is 8ft tall, and Joe brought and pounded in some hardware along bottom to jeep them from digging out. A couple bags of good...

Max was trapped, (thank you Krystal and trapper/ill edit in trappers specifics later), fostered, and placed in his forever home!! Never to spend a night, cold hungry and scared on the streets again!!! Yayyy team!

This dog came to me off hwy 138 and 126th street. He's hurt, he's definitely not been eating well, he needs medical attention.

Seen around pearblossom..

definitely homeless. Wounds on ears, chin and sides of snout. I am in no position financially, but just couldn't let him leave wounded, homeless and alone

Doomed to a deadly 138 crossing like so many bfore him. I am any and all animal rescuer. Things are different with animal shelters not taking in new animals at this time.

If there is anyone else willing to foster. I am already Fostering 2 big Shepards since January with no sponsors. I am unable to take Max myself financially, or physically.

I'm asking for help.

Donations, please.

We've named him "Max".

Any donations for this poor guy would be greatly appreciated. Any leads for a rescue situation please!

This "drop a dog

or cat

or 2 or 3 off in the desert"

animal crisis is out of hand!! What are we to do?!?

I cannot keep him.

He deserves soo much better!

Our shelter not accepting.

Rescues around here, full.

Update

My intent; is to continue helping

Lost and stray animals

Lucky enough to

Cross my path

For me to

Witness them in need,

I pledge

My full attention,

and

accommodations

While suring up long term

Reinforcements.

I go beyond to deliver what I'd want for my own in their situation; comfort, safety, food, love...

I do for them

What I'd do for my own

In that circumstance.

With compassion

And love

From the core of my being.

Till the long term help is

Found.

As fosters and rescues respond

Back

with their pledges of available services.

Knowing that

While

Every rescue is different

But the same...

They're also simultaneously

The same,

But different.

Any rescuer understands

What I mean.

*Around 4am

Max became unconsoleable...

He would not be quieted, calmed, content, 4 walled, fenced, or in any way calmly contained.

Once fed a 3rd and 4th time

he proceeded to bark, cry, wine, and yelp while attempting to jump or dig under the fence, from corner to corner.

I could hear neighbors yelling to shut that dog up...while I'm trying to keep him from hurting himself further, and calm my two also.

When secured to a spot where he couldn't hurt himself; his anxiety worsened and he got louder.

Phrases like no, or stop, or it's gonna be ok, or Come lay down here were of no consolation.

I sat with, and or laid on the ground with him...and stroked his little head...

He would shriek out a belly of cries,

Telling me, I could do that,

But

He was still ready to go,

And

He was telling all the world.

If he could just escape this prison yard.

I had to do something.

I'd better

Walk him out b4 all my neighbors r up, or he hurts himself in his attempts.

Hes completely losing it,

And

My Dogs are escalating n wining

In concert.

I cannot maintain this for

Another 4 hours

Again people yelling

Shut up!

It's waaay outta hand.

I go to open the front gate

And there in slo motion

1, 2, 3 Sheriff's pass by

And

Out the gate

We left,

They

Turn in right after my house.

Max and I

Turn away from the commotion.

Once he realized he was really being forceably heald steadfast for the 1st time by this

Leash and collar he seemed thoroughly foreign to..

As i was intent to lead him toward my car

He went nuts audibly and physically.

I could no longer restrain him without expecting harm to come to 1 or both of us.

I loosed him.

If you feel me,

And sense

U

Know my

Heart,

U understand I did

Waay more than most

To find his comfort zone.

Those who know me

Know 99% of the time

I find it.

Max's wounds may very well have been from a dog fight,

And he was not going to let his guard down until he got away from my dogs??

I am grateful for any help.

If I'm unable to get the help needed to get him sedated if necessary, in a crate, and In my car...

I stand transparent vowing to spend any funds received on him or the next one in need. This week alone, I was confronted with 4 potential saves. An adorable F pit-mix in heat w/a little boy ???on her heels. While feeding And watering those two, another

4-5 month old white mix? W/rings around her eyes. Beautiful. She comes off the hwy., and hides under a cars front wheels unbeknownst to the driver relaxing in the shade.

Max is 4.

I posted them all.

Had I been prepared with funds and a cage, maybe..I coulda got them. Gotten girl fixed. Boy for sure!

If your discernment tells you I'll only use this $ for animals on the street, in real need, you'd be reading my mind and intentions.

As I incur medical costs, food expenses, or any other necessary expenditures I will

Send you, or post publicly

Back to Max.

Max knows there is food

Water, love and attention here.

We saw him Thursday night hungry, no wounds. Last night he came right over and leaned in with his ouch!

Followed me home and into the yard.

No it wasn't that easy.

Point is

If he can; he'll be back.

When he does.

I'll have to be quick to get him

Caged n sedated

Or

Any offerings of help and We got some of what you need??
