Help Me Heal And Stay Afloat

Hello Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers of the Internet.

My name is Jayme Jennings On July 7th, 2025, I was hit by a truck while riding my electric bicycle. This serious accident left me badly injured and in need of emergency surgery.

I was rushed to the hospital, where I underwent procedures to stabilize my condition, stop internal bleeding, and remove a damaged organ. I’m now staying at my parents’ home while I workthrough a long and difficult recovery process.

I’ve been out of work since the accident and will be for at least the next two months as I recover and I’ll need another surgery before I can fully heal.

In the meantime, I’m facing regular monthly expenses (like rent, utilities, transportation, and insurance) that will keep coming even though I am unable to work plus a whole new set of medical costs: copays, medications, therapy, bandages, and other recovery-related needs.

The financial strain is overwhelming. I’m doing my best to stay strong, focus on healing, and manage the pain, but the reality is that I can’t do this alone.
