My name is Travis Weller and I am 15 years old and I am in 10th grade at Spring Mills High School in West Virginia. I have been selected to perform in New York City in February of 2018 with the Honors Performance Series Symphonic Orchestra at Carnegie Hall.  
I love playing music, I am in my High School String Orchestra, All County Symphony Orchestra; where I am the first chair bassist and received the highest score out of all of the students that auditioned, I am also in the Shepherd University Community Orchestra and have played with the WV All State High School Orchestra.  
When I am not playing my music I am involved in my local 4-H club and Spring Mills High School FFA Chapter.  I also work during the summer at a nature based youth camp.
The fund that are raised will go to help my mother and I with transportation, room and board and food while we are in NYC. Please help my dreams of performing with my stand-up bass on a national level come true.
