As many of you know, Travis was in a bad vehicle accident Saturday night. He rolled 3 times and was cut out of the vehicle resulting in him being medi-flighted to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. His neck, 3 ribs and left collar bone are broken as well as a severe fracture and laceration on his right eye/face which is going to require a major surgery including his jaw being wired shut and plates and screws inserted on Wednesday (10/13). On top of juggling their 4 girls, Bre has had to put work and everything else aside to spend every moment she can there with him and making sure he is getting the care he needs which has been a struggle the last several days. She has made multiple trips there and back and the hospital has her retest for COVID ever 48 hours costing $160 out of pocket just to go back inside each time. It’s so hard for them to take help from others but they are both out of work for the next several weeks (Travis at least 8) and even when he does get to go back he lost all of his ladders and equipment for work in the wreck. Any little bit helps with gas, lost time at work, medical bills, recovery of work materials, out of pocket costs for Covid tests and whatever else may come up in this rough patch for their family.
