My name is Jacob McKenzie, I'm 22 years old, and I need a new liver. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with a horrible condition called PSC. Now, I'm in end stage liver disease and desperately need a transplant. With how much my disease has progressed I am having to go to ER every week, sometimes even more frequently, and I end up staying in the hospital from ~5 days up to ~1 month each time. I'm exhausted, both physically and mentally. I need this nightmare to turn around.

Your donations are set aside to help me through my 6-month recovery, where I'll need someone by my side 24/7 for a good chunk of it to help me with daily activities. This has been a huge financial burden so every dollar that is donated takes a weight off my shoulders. Thank you everyone for your support, and cross your fingers I get this transplant soon.
