Six months ago, Shai was enjoying his newborn baby boy with the bride he married less than two years ago. After just beginning his journey into fatherhood, without notice, Shai suddenly fell into a coma. Shai’s family received the devastating news of a terminal illness, and six months later he lost his battle.

Today, Shai’s family is overburdened with astronomical medical payments, new childcare requirements, and overall stress due to the tragic situation — all while dealing with the impacts of life during the pandemic.
