Tornado Survivor- Rebecca Marsala
Donation protected
Hi my name is Diana Foster and my best friend Rebecca Marsala needs your help to regain physical, emotional and mental health as well as recover from financial loss suffered after the devasting Dec. 10 - Quad State Tornado that devasted her place of employment- The Mayfield, KY -Candle Factory.
Rebecca spent 5 1/2 hours trapped under the rubble before being rescued.
She feels it was a miracle she survived- and was hospitalized for 3 days before being released home to recover and continue her outpatient treatment with several doctors including: physical therapy; mental health counseling; orthopedic doctor; and primary care physicians.
Although Rebecca has been blessed in many ways, she still struggles with many losses including job & wages; trauma; her owner personal vehicle; and physical and mental hardships due to her injuries and experience. Regretfully, her family and I delayed the process of starting her a fundraiser- however, (after realizing weeks later) Rebecca doesn't qualify for most of the assistance provided to other tornado victims- we wanted to reach out to others to help aid in her recovery.
I know many people wanted to donate to Rebecca and lend a helping hand; but has not been able to do so yet. Therefore, I decided to start this fund in order to allow ANYONE to help me bless her and her family in her difficult time of need.
Rebecca is very thankful for each and every person that has thought about and prayed for her. She is also extremely grateful for anyone whom is willing and able to help- And hopes, that one day, she can... pay that blessing forward. With much love and appreciation!! We say thank you and GOD BLESS!! ❤️
