Help Us Lay Tiago to Rest with Dignity

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

Yesterday, our world was shattered when my beloved brother, Tiago “TC” Antonio Gilbert, was tragically taken from us in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was 34, a devoted father, a loving fiancé, and a cherished son, brother, and friend whose smile and warmth touched everyone he met. He always put other people before himself; he would help you out even if he was on his last dime.

Tiago leaves behind young children and his fiancé, JoJo, who are heartbroken and grappling with this unimaginable loss. Tragically, he had no savings or life insurance, leaving our family with the overwhelming burden of funeral costs we are unprepared to cover.

We are reaching out in desperation to ask for your support to give Tiago the dignified farewell he deserves. Your donation, no matter how small, will help cover funeral expenses, allowing his children and fiancé to focus on healing rather than financial stress during this devastating time.

Tiago was working on himself, and his family would like it to be made clear that he was not involved in gang activity. He had recently completed a 9 month treatment program and moved into housing. He had a job that he cared about, and most importantly he has ALOT of people who care about him! His death was violent and senseless.

The gap left by his passing is deep, and wide. We pray as a family, and look for peace in knowing that Tiago is now in the loving arms of the Lord.
