Mom of 5, Age 55: Running 300 Miles Solo from LA to Las Vega

Donation protected
At age 55, I’m running 300 miles solo from Santa Monica to Las Vegas — completely on my own.

After that, I’ll be joining my relay team — including my oldest son — to run another 300 miles from Santa Monica to Las Vegas.

I’ve already done relay in 2024.
I’ve already done solo in 2025.

This time, I’m doing both.

This fundraiser is specifically for my solo miles —
the part where it’s just me, the road, and the desert.

No rotations.
No shared miles.
Just me covering the distance.

Support helps with:
• Crew transportation
• Safety support
• Fueling & hydration
• Desert & night gear

If you want to support my solo journey, I appreciate you.

300 miles at age 55… then straight into my relay team.

Any funds raised beyond my expenses will go to support the Skid Row Running Club. As someone who was once homeless, this organization is deeply meaningful to me.

The Skid Row Running Club is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit, founded in 2012 by Superior Court Judge Craig Mitchell, that uses running to empower individuals who were formerly homeless. Meeting at The Midnight Mission, it offers a supportive, volunteer-run community that fosters recovery, structure, and opportunity, culminating in local and international marathons.

Thank you for joining me on this journey — for the miles, for the challenge, and for the community that runs with me in spirit.
