My name is Gina Axelson and I'm a Jazzercise customer and student of Toni's. This page is to organize those who want to participate in something extra special for her this holiday season.
Thank you for being here, for keeping this a secret (please, please, please!) and if you choose to participate, for your contribution.
WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
I wanted to create a way for Toni's students to show their love and appreciation for her by doing something amazing together. Toni has had a tough year and I can't think of a better way to put 2018 behind her than with this special gift!
Toni is a HUGE Celine Dion fan and "huge" may not even be the right word as her sister Ilene says she has been a fan since Toni was 6 years old.
She loves Celine Dion even more than Beyonce saying recently that "Celine is the only queen above Bey".
Last month, Celine Dion announced that after 15 years and over 1,000 shows she is ending her Caesar's Palace residency and will close her intimate Vegas show in June 2019.
That was all I needed to hear to get my rear in gear as I know Toni has never seen Celine Dion perform live and I was not about to let this opportunity pass!
So, I went ahead and joined the Celine Dion Fan Club ("Team Celine") and during the pre-sale event purchased two of the very best tickets I could get my hands on for a Saturday night in March.
These two tickets are both for Toni (not me) and I'm hoping you'll consider joining me with this surprise gift for her!
Here is a screenshot of the tickets and also a map of how close the seats are to the stage. Toni is going to be front and center!!

Below are some important details such as how the money raised will be used, how and when it will be given to Toni and what else you can do to be part of the surprise!
HOW THE MONEY WILL BE USED:
The money raised from this campaign will be used to first pay for the Celine Dion tickets ($612.10). All money raised after that amount will be given in cash to Toni on the day the surprise is revealed (read more below).
I set the campaign goal of $2500 hoping that we raise enough money to not only cover the cost of the Celine Dion show but also any expenses for Toni to travel to Vegas and enjoy her time there. I'd hate for her to have any expenses with this gift.
WHEN WILL THE SURPRISE BE REVEALED TO TONI:
I really hope you will be able to attend Toni's class on Friday, December 21st at 9:30 am in Carlsbad. Towards the end of class I'll ambush Toni and present her with our surprise gift and trust me you'll want to be in that room to see her reaction and celebrate with everyone!
If for some reason Toni is not teaching on December 21st I will pick another day and notify everyone here on this page with an update and also do my best to discreetly spread the word among her students.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
1) The best way you can participate is by donating to this campaign (thank you!)
2) While I appreciate you spreading the word, please be extra careful sharing this page on facebook as Toni could see it (so only use messenger or have your friend search "Toni Goes To Vegas" on Go Fund Me.com)
3) If you have connections in Vegas or maybe airline miles / points to donate please don't hesitate to reach out and let me know. Go Fund Me doesn't allow me to post my phone number but you can send me a message by clicking the envelope symbol by my name and photo above.
ONE LAST THING - DON'T TIP:
Recently, Go Fund Me stopped charging a fee to use their service but instead initiated an optional "tip" service that you will be prompted to make when you donate . This tip goes directly to Go Fund Me and is absolutely not necessary, so just change the amount to $0 to avoid paying. (If you want to read more about this click here .)
After the surprise is revealed Toni will obviously see this page and be able to read comments we leave for her. I will close the campaign (so no more donations accepted) but the page will live on for her to enjoy.
