Now actually my Pretty Pitty Princess needs the help!
-
I’ve left all the previous ramblings about my cancer fighting journey on here because that’s forever ongoing.

However my “ride or die” doggie, Athena, is still suffering. I was able to take her to the vet earlier this month but she was supposed to go back after two weeks. Without a running vehicle, it’s very difficult to do stuff like that but she NEEDS to go back.

And I need your help again.

1) I’m almost out of her epilepsy meds. (See the latest video) I have enough til tomorrow morning but I don’t get my disability until next week!

2) She needs to go back to the vet because the antibiotics she just finished didn’t knock out the terrible UTI she has and she’s really suffering.

Even the smallest donation will help in getting her meds. That’s my number one priority!

My health is steadily improving so I want to thank all my generous friends who’ve been helping climb out a very dark place and steady my feet as I fight for my life. So far, so very good. I can say with utmost certainty-I will never be cancer free, but cancer ain’t gonna be what kills me! :)

Thank you in advance for helping my fur baby. She means the world to me! And so do you!!!

——-It’s very humbling to be here again...feeling so incredibly grateful, while simultaneously dreading the idea of asking my generous and loving extended family to help me once again.
-
If per chance you’re seeing this and we haven’t met before,
“Hi!!! My name is Toni Lynn and I wanna thank you just for reading this far along!”
-
I’ll try to keep it brief (to all my English teachers, professors, and ex-lovers, yeah yeah, my letters are never brief! Hush, you’re distracting me already!)
-
So, thanks to my amazing oncology team, the power of prayer and meditation, the love and support of so many friends and strangers even! Thanks to you (yes, YOU!) if you were with me in early 2019, you were a vital part of me not giving up when, after months of home hospice, I still had to face the reality that my young and athletic husband, just one day after his 41st birthday, lost his battle with CHF. I could hardly believe I was holding him as his soul left his body.
-
Two months after becoming a widow,  and exactly  one year to the day that my husband received his terminal diagnosis the year before, during a typical minor emergency visit, I was suddenly rushed for this test and that scan and told that now *I* might have maybe two years left. it was Stage 4 breast cancer, and it was pretty much everywhere. Breasts, bones, lymph nodes, I was not given much hope from my first doctor.
-
It was y’all’s messages and donations and gifts and visits and hugs that saved my life in more ways than one. You (and, you already know, the music of BTS) gave me the courage find a new team. One who hadn’t already given up on me. Dr Angela Coscio led a steady assault on all those wanna be killer cancer cells!
-
And now, after chemo, radiation, a gazillion scans and visits and some pretty good scares, some way too long hospital stays and lots of symptomatic puzzles to solve, December was, of course, the major power move—saying “Tata! Toodles!” to my not so tiny and ever so deadly ta-ta’s! A bi-lateral mastectomy with no plans to rebuild!
-
During the last two years, some of my closest friends have suffered unimaginable loss. My family just lost my dad, not three weeks ago. And this Corona crap is out of control...

BUT

with love, support, and prayer,I went from MAYBE two years to
  • NO EVIDENCE
  • OF
  • DISEASE PROGRESSION!

The Universe has blessed me in so many ways. I almost feel greedy for asking for any more help, but, now that I’ve been cleared for quarterly instead of monthly visits to St Luke’s in the Woodlands, I just want to get out of this Covid Red Alert City and be closer to Carmen and my Lola Bear.
-
I want ShayRo and Carmen to get close again, so that if something does happen, they’ll have each other in an even stronger way.
-
So, Carmen found me/us a great deal on a minivan, love it, own it. Stimmy check got it.
-
Unfortunately, it didn’t leave enough for the next step in my plan to live forever. Lol
-
Found a cheap little apartment for me and Shay and the dogs about 20 min from Carmen! Shay and I’ll be roommates again, but that’s okay, the important thing is, they’re brand new, within my SSI budget, no breed restrictions, and the manager says we’re as good as in! I’ve even got the application fee paid already!
-
But y’all,
-
I gotta move it all...or sell it all, I’ve got deposits for the dogs and the utilities and gas money back and forth...a moving truck and crew and we still gotta eat, right?!
-
The new van’s insured but I still gotta register it, now that I think of it! crap! (Sorry)
-
So, I’m asking for your mercy and, if you can, a couple bucks of generosity. I feel it in my spirit that this is the way we’re supposed to go, everything feels blessed and in alignment. I just need a little financial and/or brains and brawn to be frugal, to not let anything go to waste and to be super efficient. (I have a BIG storage unit that’s gonna get some major purging).
-
I’m thinking two weeks out as a final move in/out day. My storage unit in Atascocita has to be empty by the end of the month one way or another.
-
My beautiful loving kindred spirits, can we do it again? Produce another miracle?
-
I give you my word, I already have plans written out for how I intend to pay these blessings forward! Not just staying healthy, but doing good. Paying it forward in a healing and creative way. I’ve just been waiting for the opportunity. This is the moment.
-
I need your help, but I will make you proud!
-
Anyone, who actually made it this far, God bless you! I’m just so excited, grateful, antsy...guess I might’ve been a little long winded?
-
Whoops. ;)
-
I love you. Thank you in advance to each of you. If you get any brilliant brainstorms or think of someone that would prefer to meet me before donating, call anytime!
-
Thank you -bless you -love you!
